Gov. Mark Dayton will speak Wednesday at a St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon.
The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hillcrest Golf Club, 2200 E. Larpenteur Ave., on St. Paul’s East Side. Cost is $25.
