Among the varied reactions to the newly-unveiled Vikings stadium plans is a comparison to the Jawa sandcrawler from “Star Wars.”
Among those seeing the resemblance were Rick Chandler on Sports Grid and the Green Bay Packers fan blog Lombardi Avenue.
Wrote Chandler:
“…let’s face it: some of you are going to hate it, some are going to love it, and some are going to want to grab C3PO, take the land speeder over there and see if any droids are for sale.”
