A community forum on the new Vikings stadium will be held Saturday in Eagan, hosted by state Sen. Jim Carlson and Michele Kelm-Helgen, chair of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority.
“As one of the largest public works projects in Minnesota’s history, every state resident has a right to know how the construction is coming along and to know what to expect,” said Carlson, a DFLer from Eagan. “This meeting gives people an opportunity to learn more and have their concerns addressed.”
The forum will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Blackhawk Middle School, 1540 Deerwood Drive, Eagan.
Organizers say there will be updates on the stadium’s building schedule, followed by a Q&A. Also invited are Eagan state Reps. Sandy Masin and Laurie Halverson.
