St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will surely talk about improvements on the city’s East Side when he delivers the annual State of the City address on Monday.
The noon speech is at the new Arlington Hills Community Center, a major East Side improvement soon to be completed at Payne and Maryland avenues. The community center will include a library branch and rec center.
Its grand opening is scheduled for May 22.
This is Coleman’s ninth State of the City; he was elected to a third four-year term last year. His speech will be streamed online.
