The Green Party of the United States will hold its annual meeting in St. Paul this week, as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Greens from around the country are expected at the meetings Thursday through Sunday at Macalester College.

Officials say the party’s first national get-together was held in 1984, also at Macalester.
