Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges will give the annual “State of the City” speech on April 2 at the American Swedish Institute.
The noon speech will be part of an adjourned City Council meeting. The Institute is at 2600 Park Ave.
Last year, Hodges gave her first State of the City at the American Indian Center, where she focused on economic equity and praised the police department.
