Another public meeting on the redevelopment of the Ford Plant (pdf) site in St. Paul will be held June 23 to look at plans for “water, waste, art and greenery.”

It’s one in a series of meetings scheduled to engage the public in the redevelopment of the 125-acre site on the Mississippi River in Highland Park, the former site of the Ford assembly plant.

Organizers say the Tuesday meeting will provide information, and ask for input, on the city’s plans to “manage stormwater, waste water, and solid waste; provide amenities such as trees, vegetation and art; and recognize the site’s history.”

The meeting is Tuesday, 7 – 8:30 p.m., Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 S. Snelling Av., St. Paul.

Upcoming meetings in the series will address jobs, housing and environmental issues.
