Satirists: MinnPost wants you

If you can make people laugh and think, in words or pictures or both, show us your stuff. By Oct. 10, submit an unpublished satirical piece having something to do with the upcoming elections in Minnesota. MinnPost editors will select the winner. We’ll publish the winning work, and its author or illustrator will receive two vouchers to Park Square Theater. Send your entries to with the subject line “satire contest.” Don’t forget the deadline: Friday, Oct. 10.

    Hey, John. At least Al Fraken can spell. I would enter, but I’ve already seen The Sisters Rosensweig. Besides, how could anyone think up anything more absurd than the actual news these days?
