Iraqi politics begins shifting with Obama victory

Rubin, reporting for the New York Times from Baghdad, notes Iraqi Shiite politicians may begin moving faster toward a new security agreement regarding American troop withdrawal in 2011. “If Republicans were still there, there would be no respect for this timetable.
