Podesta states Obama may use executive authority to reverse last-minute federal rule changes made by Bush

Transition team leader John Podesta states once President-elect Barack Obama is in office, he will use his “executive authority without waiting for congressional action” to reverse some of the “midnight regulations” President Bush is approving as his term ends. Some of the regulations include relaxing pollution-control standards for power plants and allowing loaded weapons into national parks.     You watch, an amendment will be on the table soon to repeal or amend the 2nd amendment. Just watch.
