Supreme Court won’t rule on Obama’s eligibility to serve

The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., who claims Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth. Obama’s Kenyan father at the time was a British subject. Read the rest of the story here.
