We’re pleased to report that Eric Black, one of our most popular writers and a keen analyst of all things political, is adding a new feature on MinnPost. Beginning today, Eric will write a daily blog about politics, government and other things that pop into his head.
Said Black: “I don’t, of course, know why I am doing this except that all the cool kids have their own blogs. I plan no big change in the topics about which I write (which is pretty much whatever interests me that I can delude myself might interest some of you). I have a vague hope that the blog format will increase the immediacy and help me overcome my lifelong tendency to write too long. Please let me know how it works for you. In fact, now that you mention it, forget the whole thing. I’m too old for this.”
As Eric mentioned, his blog will feature shorter items, but he’ll continue to do fully reported longer articles elsewhere on the site. In the meantime, check out the first installment of his EricBlackInk blog.
