Elena Kagan, dean of Harvard’s law school, is President-elect Barack Obama’s choice to be solicitor general, the New York Times reports.
“Obama also announced David Ogden as Deputy Attorney General; Tom Perrelli as Associate Attorney General; and Dawn Johnsen as Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel,” the Times said this morning.
