WASHINGTON, D.C. — It looks like it’s going to be a very Minnesota morning aboard Air Force One Saturday when President Obama heads to Minneapolis to address a rally on health care reform at Target Center.
MinnPost has learned that Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., who represents Minneapolis, will be traveling with the president and Minnesota Sens. Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken.
It should be quite a trip for the relatively junior lawmakers. Klobuchar and Ellison took office in 2007. Franken has only been in the Senate for about two months.
