St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will deliver his seventh State of the City address Monday at the James J. Hill Library in downtown St. Paul.

The noon speech will be streamed online.

City officials say displays of upcoming city projects — the Penfield, the Central Corridor, the Lowertown ballpark, the Union Depot and the Ordway renovation — will be featured at the speech.

His staff has helped prepare the speech, but they fully expect him to come up with a different version by Monday.

Two Cities blog, which covers Minneapolis and St. Paul City Halls, is made possible in part by grants from The Saint Paul Foundation and the Carolyn Foundation.
