Next Monday, join Fuel Rochester for The Business Case for Flexible Work Arrangements professional development seminar.

This highly interactive workshop will focus on:

– the business case for flexible work arrangements
– critical elements an employee should include when requesting a flexible work arrangement
– smart, practical suggestions for handling these requests as a manager
– how flexible work arrangements lead to higher productivity and greater employee retention

The seminar will be led by Janet Dunn, Program Director of the M.A. in Management at St. Mary’s University, Twin Cities and Rochester. Before working at St. Mary’s, Janet led the work/life initiatives for Cummins Inc., an $11 billion corporation with over 59,000 employees worldwide.
