Why work doesn’t happen at work

It has been a gradual shift, but more workplaces are catching on to the flex-time spirit behind intiatives like Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE). Turns out that keeping your employees tied to their desks from nine to five, five days a week doesn’t actually make people more productive.
