
The Citizens League — a nonprofit, nonpartisan public-affairs research organization based in St. Paul — is currently hiring a full-time Office Manager.
The focus of the Citizens League is studying public policy at the local, metropolitan and state levels, and developing policy solutions. The impact of Citizens League on Minnesota public policy can be seen in areas such as public finance, regional government, education, transportation and health care.
The Office Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the Citizens League and must posses strong organization and prioritization skills. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of self-direction, including an ability to balance multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines. Regular duties will include: scheduling and board relations, office and file organization, and accounting tasks.
Job requirements: Three to four years of experience providing administrative support in an office setting. Experience in accounting and human resources is preferred.
