The 6th annual HandsOn Twin Cities Volunteer Expo will take place this Saturday at Mall of America. The expo provides attendees with a chance to connect with a wide variety of nonprofit organizations looking for volunteers.

It’s the perfect place to learn about service opportunities across the metro — from one-time volunteer projects to long-term commitments.

Representatives from over 120 area nonprofits will be on hand to help attendees — both individuals and groups — find out how to get involved in worthy causes and that benefit the community. Discover how you can Be the Change!

There will also be entertainment, “speed volunteering” activities, a silent auction, prize drawings and the Be the Change Awards ceremony.

HandsOn Twin Cities is a nonproft committed to bringing people together to strengthen communities through meaningful volunteer action. HandsOn works with over 250 nonprofits serving the nine-county metro area, which includes Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott and Washington.
