Exciting news — the Minnesota Zoo has formed a young professionals group called AZUL. AZUL is a community of like-minded 20- and 30-somethings eager to actively connect through conservation, education and social events to support the Zoo.

AZUL will be hosting their launch party, Warm Up in the Wild, on the evening of February 19. The event will be a tropically-themed cocktail party held in the Minnesota Zoo’s Tropics Trail, where guests will meet and mingle with Zoo conservation experts, learn about AZUL and find out about upcoming events available to AZUL members.

Warm Up in the Wild will feature a huge beach for guests to get sand between their toes! Attendees can walk through the Tropucs Trail, play beach game, and enjoy tropical cocktails — the first drink is free!

There will be several exciting giveaways at the event. One lucky attendee will win a trip for two to one of Mexico’s most celebrated luxury eco-resorts, Playa Viva, where guests will have the opportunity to learn about their sea turtle release program.

Tickets are $25 for non-members and free for members. For only $85 you can become an annual member of AZUL and receive a variety of benefits like this. Join AZUL now.

Don’t miss AZUL’s first-ever social event! Get out of the cold and into the tropics! Put your feet in the sand! Purchase tickets here. (Tickets must be purchased in advance.)
