Service Secrets and the Entrepreneurial Spirit

Kieran Folliard of Cara Irish Pubs is a restauranteur with high standards for customer service and a knack for success. The founder of four popular Twin Cities pubs — The Liffey in downtown St. Paul, across from the Xcel Center; The Local on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis; Kieran’s Irish Pub in Block E in downtown Minneapolis; and Cooper Pub in St. Louis Park — Folliard is a master at restaurant promotion.

Additionally, Folliard is co-founder — along with chef Mike Phillips — of the Green Ox Meat Co., and recently launched his own brand of Irish whiskey: 2 Gingers.

This Friday, join DRIVE Emerging Leaders for a breakfast roundtable discussion featuring special guest speaker Kieran Folliard. Hear about the risks entrepreneurs take to make their dreams a reality and learn a few service secrets as well!
