Hiking in Lilydale Regional Park 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24

Saint Paul Jaycees

Enjoy the fall by taking a guided hike exploring the hidden gem that is Lilydale Regional Park.

On Saturday, Sept. 24, the Saint Paul Jaycees will journey on an hour-long guided hike led by volunteers from the City of St. Paul’s Hike It! program.

Lilydale Regional Park

Participants will walk the old brickyard road and journey through the remnants of the Twin Cities Brick Company: the kilns, sandstone caves, clay quarries and transportation routes. This once noisy, bustling area of Lilydale Regional Park has been silenced by floods, human progress and time.

Come enjoy the great outdoors and learn about the natural and cultural history of St. Paul’s West Side!

This trek is free, but you must register through the St. Paul Park’s website.
