This Sunday, the SPCO presents Franz Schubert’s stirring “Death and the Maiden” quartet in Gustav Mahler’s arrangement for string orchestra.

The program, led by conductor Scott Yoo, also includes rising composer Anna Clyne’s ravishing work for string orchestra, “Within Her Arms,” and Earl Kim’s “Cornet: A Tale of Love and Death” for narrator and orchestra.
