1. Wine and cheese – Learn the ins-and-outs of wine pairing from a sommelier and avoid the common pitfalls of a rookie matchmaker.
2. Sushi – Roll up your sleeves as we dive into all things sushi (it’s easier than you think!).
3. BBQ, smoking and sauces – Learn the secrets to great barbeque from the chefs whose Old Time Barbeque Chicken” recently won first prize in a Minnesota BBQ competition.
