Digital brand manager, Mall of America
Grimm has a strong background in the intersection of public relations and emerging technology and how the two work in unison to establish brand voice and mutually beneficial business relationships. As digital brand manager for Mall of America, Grimm’s time is devoted to developing digital strategy with a focus on the integration of earned, owned and paid media. She also creates and implements social media strategy, serves as community manager and is responsible for content strategy on the MOA Blog, and is an active member and volunteer of Public Relations Society of America. Meg Knodl
Senior librarian — communications and community engagement, Hennepin County Library
Knodl has been working in community management since 2007 and was named a 2011 Library Journal Mover and Shaker for her work with social media. Knodl is currently beginning a six-month mobility assignment, spending Wednesdays with Hennepin County Public Affairs in an effort to improve community management, interactive marketing and social media efforts.
