‘How Did You Do It?’ entrepreneurial program 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10

On Thursday, Nov. 10, TiE Minnesota — a nonprofit fostering technology, innovation and entrepreneurship — invites young professionals to attend the third program in the 2011 “How Did You Do It?” speaker series.

The format of this four-part series includes a presentation from a start-up company, a presentation about an economic development opportunity, and an interactive conversation with successful, big-name entrepreneurs and investors.

The upcoming “How Did You Do It?” will feature Horizontal Integration co-founder Sabin Ephrem and Augusoft CEO and Project Skyway co-founder Cem Erdem.

Ephrem is the co-founder, president and CEO of Horizontal Integration, a technology solutions company specializing in interactive marketing, business management applications, and IT staff augmentation.

Ephrem’s foresight in creating a integrated service agency and his aptitude for recognizing the types of resources required to build a good management team to execute this vision have allowed Horizontal Integration to grow from a one-person shop in 2003 to a firm with over 225 employees today.
