The retained, executive search firm KeyStone Search is currently seeking a paid intern for the spring and possibly beyond.

KeyStone has worked with some of the most notable and highly regarded private companies and nonprofit organizations in the region, placing CEOs, executive directors, vice presidents and other senior leadership positions.

The upcoming internship will involve 15 hours weekly, beginning on Jan. 2 and lasting through May 25, 2012.

Keystone Search

This intern will work to drive and enhance KeyStone’s social media strategies, coordinate public speaking engagements, manage an e-newsletter and assist in building a new online community dedicated to cultural alignment/talent/leadership.

A KeyStone intern will have the opportunity to learn from a team of executive search consultants who share the values of being team-oriented, forward-thinking, balanced and showing concern for others.

KeyStone Search is located at 105 Fifth Ave. S. in Minneapolis; intern parking will be paid for.

Job requirements: KeysStone is looking for a current student or recent graduate who is smart, creative, curious, detail-oriented, resourceful and has high emotional intelligence. The office culture is loose, team-oriented and extremely fast-paced. If you think you fit in the puzzle, KeyStone wants to hear from you.

Application process:  Submit a résumé and a video “cover letter” of three minutes or less to keystonesearch [at] gmail [dot] com. If your video is too large to attach to an email, use a large-file sharing service like YouSendIt or MediaFire.

Simply shoot a video using a camera phone, flip camera, fancy HD camera — whatever you have on hand — and tell Keystone a little bit about yourself, why you want to work at KeyStone Search and what you think you bring to the table.

No formal film skills? No problem. Applicants will not be judged on their video skills.

Keystone will contact those candidates it would like to interview further.

Application deadline: 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, 2011
