Young Champions Kickoff 6 p.m. this Wednesday, Dec. 14

Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter

To bring new energy to the fight against Alzheimer’s disease, the Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association is launching a young professionals group!

The Alzheimer’s Association Young Champions is a diverse group of civic-minded emerging leaders who are dedicated to changing the face of Alzheimer’s and related dementias by engaging their peers and raising awareness across generations.

The Young Champions are dedicated to:

– increasing awareness of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
– decreasing the stigma of Alzheimer’s
– raising funds to provide help and hope to those affected
– advocating for change at the state and federal levels

If you’d like to join Young Champions, or are simply interested in finding out more about this new advocacy group, head over to the Young Champions Kickoff Celebration and Holiday Social this Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Summit Brewery.

The kickoff will be a great opportunity to get involved and connect with those who want to help in the fight to end Alzheimer’s.

Come on over for a casual evening of networking, food and Summit beer!

Free Summit beer and Turkey-to-Go sandwiches will be available beginning at 6:00 p.m., so be sure to stop by! Free parking will be available.

Young Champions’ vision is a world without Alzheimer’s disease. It’s time for the new generation to raise its voice and move the community forward.
