The Alzheimer’s Association Young Champions is a diverse group of civic-minded emerging leaders who are dedicated to changing the face of Alzheimer’s and related dementias by engaging their peers and raising awareness across generations.

We are dedicated to:

– increasing awareness of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
– decreasing the stigma of Alzheimer’s
– raising funds to provide help and hope to those affected
– advocating for change at the state and federal levels

To serve on a Young Champions committee, simply fill out and return the Young Champions membership form.
