Is Al Franken a vulgar anti-Christian, anti-Catholic bigot?
“I read Katherine Kersten’s piece in the Oct. 22 Star Tribune about my dad,” writes Franken’s daughter Thomasin in the Strib’s “Opinion Exchange” section. “If we’re going to have a discussion about my dad’s respect for all religious views, it’s important to note that he has been married to a Catholic (my mom) for 33 years.”
That’s right; Al Franken hates Catholics so much he married one. Thomasin Franken does admit some of her dad’s jokes aren’t always that funny.
