WASHINGTON — President Obama will be in Minnesota next Wednesday to discuss economic issues, the White House announced Thursday.
Officials didn’t release any further details about the visit, including a specific topic.
Obama’s most recent Minnesota visit was last February when he pitched a gun violence prevention agenda.
Vice President Joe Biden, meanwhile, has been in Minnesota twice in the last month. He attended Joan Mondale’s memorial service on Jan. 8 and was in Minneapolis on Wednesday for a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee.
