The Wall Street Journal reports the U.S. Justice Department is opening an antitrust investigation into Minnetonka-based UnitedHealth Group. Investigators are looking into the relationship between the company’s health insurance unit and health services through Optum.

Duluth News Tribune reports following recent deaths along Skyline Parkway, residents are asking for changes to make the area safer. “City Administrator David Montgomery acknowledged the growing safety concerns about Skyline and said the city plans to gather community input in the coming days, as it considers possible changes to the road.”
