Jana Hollingsworth with the Star Tribune reports Kathy Cargill’s LLC has bought two more properties on Duluth’s Park Point. “The LLC bought about half of the single-family houses sold on Park Point last year, with the median price of all sold homes about $477,000, according to Lake Superior Area Realtors.”
Kirsti Marohn with MPR News reports school officials at Crosby-Ironton have taken disciplinary action against students for their behavior during a recent girls’ basketball game. “Social media posts described Crosby-Ironton student fans taunting a Duluth Marshall player who has gone public about her mental health challenges.”

KELO-TV’s Lauren Soulek reports South Dakota has ended its reciprocity agreement with Minnesota in order to add Minnesota to its Dakota Advantage program which allows Minnesota students to pay in-state tuition rates to attend universities in the state. Future students in South Dakota attending Minnesota universities will now have to pay the out-of-state rate.

Via Bring Me the News: A Hopkins teen is in a coma after being struck by a driver last week. Kare11 reports the driver of the vehicle that hit the 17-year-old is not licensed or insured and has an “obscene driving record.”
