Eder Campuzano at the Star Tribune is reporting Rep. Tom Emmer has proposed canceling future invitations for President Joe Biden to deliver State of the Union addresses, calling the most recent iteration a divisive campaign speech.

Via Bring Me the News: Two cousins, Savontray Orlando Dwayne Collins and Cortez Ananias Williams, have been sentenced to prison after they were caught transporting fentanyl and cocaine on Interstate 35 near the Minnesota-Iowa border.

Steve Karnowski at the Associated Press is reporting a second man, Jerry Hal Saliterman, has been charged in connection with the 2005 theft of a pair of ruby slippers that Judy Garland wore in “The Wizard of Oz,” according to an indictment made public Sunday.
