Gov. Tim Walz has appointed Theodora Gaïtas and Sarah Hennesy to the Minnesota Supreme Court to replace Margaret H. Chutich and G. Barry Anderson who will step down this year. The Star Tribune reports this once again gives the court a female majority. “Both new justices have extensive experience in aiding lower-income citizens with criminal, appellate and civil matters.”
