The Star Tribune reports St. Cloud State University will eliminate 100 programs and 57 faculty members. “The cuts include criminal justice, gender and women’s studies, history, music teaching, sociology, environmental engineering, and hospitality and tourism.”

KSTP reports a woman is dead after exchanging gunfire with police in St. Paul Monday night. “It’s unclear at this time who shot first. Police say no officers were hurt.”
