MinnPost Silver, Gold, and Platinum members can claim their free tickets for our next MinnPost Social starting Monday; others may buy them for $10 apiece starting on Wednesday.

The May 31 event will feature MinnPost writers Briana Bierschbach and Doug Grow reflecting on the 2016 Minnesota legislative session.

From presidential primaries to a big public works bill, myriad issues were up for grabs. But figuring out what got done, what it means, and how it will affect the fall election isn’t easy.

MinnPost Social attendees will not only get a scintillating recap of the session, but have the chance to ask about all the things you’ve been dying to know: What’s a sine die? Will Sunday booze sales ever pass? Is Tom Bakk really as friendly as he seems on TV?
