From the Pioneer Press:

“Halloween is the one time each year many people love to pick a character and get dressed up. But for Jessica Mooney of Minneapolis, it’s Halloween year-round. That’s because the 43-year-old marketing communications manager at the University of Minnesota has been dressing up as a different person each work day since April 2009 and documenting her elaborate outfits.

Known online as Dressy Jessie, Mooney each week thinks up five characters loosely based on a theme, dresses as those characters, takes a photo of herself in her office and posts the pictures on Facebook. You can offer suggestions for characters or weekly themes on her page.”
