On Wednesday, Gov. Mark Dayton signed the bill establishing a Minnesota-based health insurance exchange, part of the state’s compliance with the Affordable Care Act. At the press conference following the signing, thank-yous and congratulations abounded, and Management and Budget Commissioner revealed the name for the new exchange: MNsure.
