While visiting Duluth and Hibbing Monday, Gov. Tim Pawlenty announced that Dale O. Harris, an assistant St. Louis County attorney, will be a new judge in the 6th Judicial District.
He replaces Gerald C. Martin, who retired in October.
Harris is also a reserve judge on the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals in Washington, D.C.
