Some programs require participants to pre-register or to schedule one-on-one appointments and the next session opens Jan. 1, so check out the program listings now.

Prospective and established entrepreneurs receive one-on-one counseling to help understand the basics of putting together sales and other financial projections. Test the feasibility of a business from a financial perspective. 

Choosing the Right Form of Business Ownership
Learn the business, legal and tax implications of various forms of business organization, including sole proprietorships, partnerships and incorporation. Identify the factors to consider when choosing the most suitable business structure.

Small Business Consultations with SCORE, LegalCORPS and NEON (Northside Economic Opportunity Network)
Present your small business idea/problem and experienced counselors and members of the business community will offer one-on-one confidential counseling on all aspects of small business start-up and management.

Small Business Assistance Consultation from the City of Minneapolis
Find out about the wide range of resources and services for business development offered by the city of Minneapolis: workforce, employment and training tools; business finance loans; business expansion; site-search assistance; and development review.

SCORE Small Business Roundtables
Receive feedback and advice and exchange ideas, experiences and solutions with other small business owners in a roundtable discussion led by SCORE counselors. Grow your business network by learning from the success of others.
