Our June giveaway is perfect for book clubs.
It’s literary, it’s lively, and there’s a lot to talk about (whether your club is all women, all men or co-ed).
We’re giving away 10 tickets to “Dollhouse” at the Guthrie. They’re good for weeknight performances through July 11, the end of the run.
But you have to let us know you’re interested by Monday, June 21, at 5 pm. That’s when we’ll randomly choose the lucky winner.
And, to be eligible, your book club — or you personally — must be registered with MinnPost’s Book Club Club and/or subscribed to the BCC email newsletter. Both are free, and contact info is not shared.
In “Dollhouse,” award-winning playwright Rebecca Gilman takes Ibsen’s masterpiece — characters, plot and all — and re-imagines it set in 21st-century Chicago, in the upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Variety called the play “savvy, droll and deliciously caustic.” More info here.
